Oklo Stock Dips After $1 Billion Stock Offering
Oklo shares are falling Friday after it announced a new ATM equity program to raise up to $1 billion through additional stock sales.
Oklo said it will sell more shares to raise up to one billion dollars. When a company sells more shares, each person's piece of the company gets a little smaller, which can make the stock price go down.
