4Prompt removal

Upon receiving a valid notice, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the reported material and we notify the user who posted it. If the user submits a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant, and unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days as the DMCA provides.

5Repeat-infringer policy

Reports and removals are tracked per account. An account that accumulates two upheld takedowns within twelve months is warned; a third is terminated without refund. We may terminate sooner for flagrant infringement. Terminated users may not create new accounts.
