Session Agreement
You are booking: two private sessions, two hours each at $2,500 (Private Client). Change rate
Read it all. It is short, plain, and it protects your seat and Jade’s calendar equally.
1. What you are buying
Two private sessions, two hours each with Jade Cofer, The Stock Babie, held privately by video call with screen share. Rate: $2,500 (Private Client).
2. Education only
Sessions are educational mentorship. They teach process, tools, and structure. Nothing said before, during, or after a session is financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a promise of profits or results. Your trading decisions and their outcomes are yours alone.
3. Come ready
You must have a TradingView account and a Webull account fully set up BEFORE your session. Session time is not extended or refunded for setup that was not done.
4. Scheduling
Jade emails you within 24 hours of payment to lock in your time slot. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no cost. Less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up, forfeits that session.
5. All sales final
Private calendar time is reserved exclusively for you. Payment is non refundable once your session is scheduled. For the two session package, this applies to each session as it is scheduled.
6. Delivery
A session is considered fully delivered when it is held at the scheduled time, or when it is forfeited under the scheduling term above.
7. Billing disputes
You agree to contact support@stockbabie.com and give us 5 business days to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. You acknowledge this signed agreement, your checkout details, and all session correspondence may be submitted as evidence to contest a dispute filed in violation of this term.
8. Your signature
Typing your full legal name below and checking each box is your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act. It binds you to this agreement and to the stockbabie.com Terms of Service, including its arbitration provision.
